Default would this work?

i've got one of those dinky dell dimension 3000 computers. i'm thinking about switching out the mobo and put in a decent video card inside a new case, and keep the rest of the dell components and put them in the new case (ram, cd drive, etc.) so here's where i'm at because i'm on a tight budget

I don't see why it wouldn't as long as you reformat the hard disk.

ok thanks, just wanted a second opinion. ^_^ would it be better to get the asus or the msi?

oh! would the sis chipset work on the intel pent. 4 processor? or do i go with a via chipset?
