Default Would this b a good setup for new comp ?

So I put together few parts but I'm not sure if this would b good.
If anyone would change something please gimme some pointers.

This computer will b for heavy gaming, picture and video editing and running a lot of programs at once.

i say perhaps it would be better if you just got one of the powerful san diego cores rather than an X2. use the left over money to get a 7800GTX instead of just the GT and maybe get OCZ gold instead of performance. the difference in price between the gold and performance range is pretty small but i'd say worth it. also don't use an Asus board for s939, it's commonly said on these forums that the Asus s939 boards are buggy

So which board would u reccomend ?
I'm looking at different ram right now from OCZ and Corsair

the X2 is good, dont change it. dont get the asus mobo, get a DFI nF4 ultra-D or SLI-DR, everything else looks good. but get some better ram with timings with CL2 or CL2.5

it's up to you about the board but i would look at MSI and DFI. look at the DFI sli boards, either infinity or lanparty.

lol a 7800GT is more than fine. it's just i think if you're already spending that much why not go for the GTX.
