Windows Xp Pro

Hi, if i was going to get windows xp pro upgrade, for my new built computer (like "JUST" built computer) would my computer be able to download the xp pro? and would my motherboard have at least like windows 98 or something? i dont know wat exactl to do. plz help.

If you get the upgrade, you only get THAT. You can't download XP Pro.

Your motherboard has no operating system on it. That's for you to buy.
