Default Will this work?

Hey guys. I'm rebuilding a system for my moms business. We just went to newegg and "built" a new system. She already has a case, PS, hard drives, floppy, dvd-rw, etc etc. We just want to upgrade the ram, processor and mobo.

Will these work out with each other? Suggestions are welcome!

MOBO- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813128259

PROCESSOR- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103484

RAM- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820145440

Thanks!!

EDIT: This isn't going to be a major upgrade, so we dont need high-end components. She runs a web-design business with this computer. Some specs are more than enough for what she needs, but she is doing this as an upgrade to stay up-to-date.
