Won't work. That is a $16 PSU that only has 18Amps on the 12v rails. I would recommend he pick up a good $50 PSU from Rosewill or Antec.

EDIT: Perhaps I underestimated it, seems like it powers the 8600GT and HD 3870. I thought for sure that wouldn't be enough Amps for all his peripherals, but it sounds like a guess and check. I'd still upgrade to a good $50 PSU to avoid any trouble.

He might be hesitant in taking my 8800 gt then if he has to put out an additional $50. I will warn him, he can always use his 8600gt as he orders his $50 psu if he decides he has the money.
