crono33 Newb Techie Join Date: Jul 2007 Posts: 1	Will this processor work with this motherboard? Sorry I'm a noob, but will the AMD athlon 64 X2 6000+ work with this motherboard? NCIX.com - Buy Gigabyte GA-P35C-DS3R ATX LGA775 Conroe P35 DDR2/DDR3 1PCI-E16 SATA RAID Sound GBLAN Motherboard - GA-P35C-DS3R In Canada. I'm looking for a motherboard that will support DDR2 RAM, and DDR3 RAM and will obviously work with my processor, thanks!

nope... that supports socket 775 and the amd athlon x2 6000+ is a socket AM2
