Default Will adding a lower speed stick slow this down?

I have two XMS 3200 512mb sticks running in dual channel on my a7n8x-e motherboard. I also have an extra 1 GB stick that runs at 2700. If I stick this in along with the XMS's, will this increase or decrease the performance? I'm using this for gaming by the way.

Thanks!

It will decrease performance.

Your mobo will downclock the 3200 to 2700 speeds. And you will lose dual channel.

On the other hand, you will have 2 gigs of slightly slower RAM.
