Default What's the best ram for this motherboard?

mobo ID: vt8235-a7v8x-x
mobo name: Asus A7V8X-X

I just want to buy two sticks of 1GB ram to put into it and I need to know the fastest ram I can put into it.

Thanks in advance.

Newegg.com - Kingston HyperX 2GB (2 x 1GB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM DDR 400 (PC 3200) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Desktop Memory

It is certainly not cheap, but it will work wonders.

Newegg.com - CORSAIR XMS 2GB (2 x 1GB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM DDR 400 (PC 3200) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Desktop Memory
