That computer has one pci-e slot. This means that we're in business and that you're lucky. First off: budget. What is this card for? Gaming?>how intense, what games? I would think that decent pci-e card is good enough for you.

Can you post a picture of the inside so we can make sure?

Buy the HP Pavilion Media Center TV PC and other Desktop Computers at circuitcity.com

Yes, your computer can be upgraded with a new video card. But we need to know your budget.

I can spend up to $200. I really don't do much gaming at all. I just want to be able to watch dvds better and i was thinking about buying Battlefield 2. Also do you think i should add another stick of 1gb ram? Give me a second and then i will post a pic.

You could get an EVGA 7600GT for about $90 dollars on Newegg. Battlefield would run fine with a 7600GT. I haven't exactly tried it yet but my friend has a 6600GT so it could be a comparison for how the 7600GT would run on BF2.

I would recommend this:
Newegg.com - EVGA 256-P2-N761-AR GeForce 8600GTS 256MB 128-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card - Retail

Comes with Free copy of Quake Wars too
