Hello guys,

Hey Adam2k7

What is your budget, for this upgrade?

An 8500GT is a horrible gaming card.

I get about... £300 every fort-night. So probably 200 MAX on a graphics card. I dont want something that is a complete beast, wanting something thats cost effective and pretty d^amn good at its job. For all the other upgrades price is no subject depending on what it is of course

I'd suggest the 7900GS instead:
Inno3D 7900GS 256MB 256bit iChill Cooler DVI PCI-E Graphics card - Ebuyer

So you're upgrading the rest of your computer too? If so, then you should definitely upgrade that CPU. But what motherboard do you have? And what brand of power supply? Model of it?

The best upgrade for you, since you're gaming, would be the graphic card. And the 7900GS will do the job for ya...

Next upgrade would probably be the power supply, as I'm assuming, that's not a quality power supply for the 7900GS. Then the motherboard and CPU.

OK, that's a good enough power supply. It's got 29A, which is more than enough for the 7900GS.
