Default Want to add ram to a Dell Dimension 2400

Hey guys. So my roommate has this old Dell Dimension 2400 and it only has like a 128mb of RAM in it so its hella slow. I was just wondering what RAM off of newegg will be compatible with his machine so he can speed it up. Thanks!

Newegg.com - DDR 400 (PC 3200), Desktop Memory, Memory, Computer Hardware

Pick your poison. Depends on how much you wanna spend...Crucial's site says a max of 2GB for that model, though.

Your math is a little bit off.... you either have 256 megs of ram, or 2x 256 meg sticks totaling 512 megs.
