Default Video cards for laptops

Based on size I always thought the larger sized video card was better, when I discovered this is not always true. Which of the following two video cards is a better video card?

512 mb NVIDIA GeForce Go 7950 GTX
or
256 mb ATI Mobility Radeon x1900

The 7950, I would wait for the 8800 though.

Umm, is this video card for a laptop or a desktop?
