Default video card help

I am going to be building a computer for my sister soon and had a question. Shes not going to be doing much gaming, mainly photo and video editing, and she wants a 22" widescreen. The video card I was looking at was the 7900GS but I was wondering if that would be enough to run at that high of resolution? Or maybe it is overkill given there won't really be any 3d gaming?
Thanks in advance for your responses.

7900gs will easily handle 22"

Default Re: video card help

Go with low end Quadro or a Matrox card instead.
