Default Is this video card good?

Hi. Is this video card good? Is this one better than the ati x800 that I currently have?

Canada Computers - Video Cards > PCI-Express Cards > Powered By ATI : MSI RX1650-TD256E ATI Radeon X1650 265MB DDR2 Dual Display PCI-Express Graphics Card.

x1650 is better than a x1550, but i dunno why
