hello i have asus a798x-e deluxe socket a motherboard and a
AMD Athlon 2800 barton 2.083GHz processor what can i upgrade too and how easy will it be to upgrade?? thanks

That processor won't fit into that motherboard since the socket is different.

Well the fasted socket a proc I think is the Athlon XP 3400+ but Im not sure. Its not very hard to replace the processor. Remove the hsf, pop out the processor put the new one in, apply thermal paste (I think the athlon xp's all have thermal pads but Im not sure), instal the hsf, plug it in, and start.
