Default Upgrading BIOS in old Gateway G6-400.

My parents are still using an old Gateway G6-400 PC from 1998, and I was wondering if anyone knew of any BIOS updates since then. The BIOS only supports a bus speed of 100MHz, so I want a BIOS update that MIGHT allow for 133MHz, since the upgraded processor only runs at only 700MHz instead of 933MHz, plus it doesn't support PC133 RAM very well, too. Any help is appreciated.
