Default Upgrading

So i am trying to upgrade one of my current pc's so it can run cod4 I just need a new gfx card and I don't really know much about video cards and how to choose them right.I found a card on newegg i need your help to know if it can even run cod4 cause my current specs are

P4 2.4ghz @ 2.80 ghz
2 gigs PC3200
GeForce FX 5500
180 gig HDD

Im still using AGP and dont think im going to switch anytime soon.

Ill give it a shot I wanted to get the HIS Hightech Radeon HD 3850 but the price for it is just insane I can deal with anything under $150 thxs.

Yeah the HIS coolers are nice but not worth the price difference in this situation.

I use an Artic Cooling Accelero S1 Rev. 2 with an attached 120mm fan on my 3850. It works wonders as far as cooling goes. It may not be ultra-sexy, but an LED fan would fix that.
