Default upgrade to fx 60 or go to am2

hi guys ive just got hold of some spare money and want to upgrade my ststem,
you can see the system i have in my sig.
would i see better performance getting the fx 60 or should i goto am2.

I don't think you'll see a huge difference. Your CPU is good enough. What are you looking forward to? More gaming performance? If so, then upgrading the graphic card, would get you there.

If you were considering AM2, I would save up, because AMD's new K10 will arrive in a couple of months.

bigapl is dead on, as usual. If you want to upgrade, hang on and go for the new gen coming out. Since you would have to go with DDR2 and all that, you might as well jump to the best.

time to sell... get an evga 590 or that foxconn board.. since its so cheap now.. and get an FX-62.. since its so cheap.... with that newegg rebate...
