Default TV Tuners

I installed a fairly new tv tunder in my old comp, and it has a intergrated graphics card does the graphics card play a role on its lagging or is it the tuner and also where can I find low profile agp graphic cards? I live in Canada.

As far as the low profile card I'm not sure if you're in Canada. However what kind of TV tuner did you get? As far as TV Tuners go, they can be very flaky depending on what kind you get. And yes, the graphics card is still a variable because the TV tuner is only for rendering TV signals, not graphics as well. The TV tuner decodes the TV transmission into what your graphics processor can understand. So yes, and new graphics card would probably improve the performance, but by how much I am not sure.
