tv tuner cards...sans tv

I've been put in charge of transferring all of our VHS training tapes to DVD. Lucky me.

I've been looking around on NewEgg and see all these nice lookin TV tuner cards. I obviously don't need to watch any tv here at work (how sweet would that be?

) but I DO need to import video from a VHS player. Are those TV tuner cards capable of such a feat (I'll most likely be using Sony Vegas as the video software)?

I'm looking for the same thing.

So far I saw that the most sufficient one at lowest price is the Leadtek WinFast TV2000 XP RM
