Default Trouble with Case Fans..

Ok, I just don't get it. Are all CPU case fans not threaded or am I doing something wrong? I bought 2 fans to put in my case and while trying to get the dang screw to go in I crushed part of the plastic. I'm using the screws provided with the fans, am I doing something wrong, or do you just have to keep drilling the screw through it?

Thanks for the help, everyone here has really helped me through this build

You don't want to screw it in too much! You go in until the fan starts to bend, and then you losen it slightly.

The screws that come with plastic case fans are self-tapping-they cut their own threads into the plastic. They're suppose to be tight-just be careful and don't overtighten them.
