Default Are Theese Compatable?

hi all,
i have just gone and bought a Motherboard (ASUS M2A-VM HDMI) and i was wondering wheather it is compatable with a AM2 AMD Athlon 64 x2 Dual Core Processor 4200+ please help me and does anyone know where i can get cheap MATX/ATX xases except from ebay thanx

Yup, they both are socket AM2.

thanx i thought you could only use certain processor even if they are the same socket

Socket is the first determination, then you can see under that socket which processors are supported. USUALLY the same socket means they are compatable but there are exceptions. Always do your research!
