Default Switching Dell Processors?

I was wondering if anyone can help me out? I have a older Dell Optiplex GX110 with the Intel P3 930 MHz processor right now. I wanted to know if I could swap out the processor on this board with a Intel P4 1.7 GHZ “Coppermine” socket 478 processor? I am not to familiar with motherboards so figured maybe someone would have a little more experience with this than me. A local guy is selling it and for now I would like to upgrade a little til I can get a new PC. Any input would be appreciated.

Not gonna happen. Your mobo can only handle a p3 and certain celerons that use Socket 370
