Default switch led lights

i was looking at my motherboard the other day and noticed three cords running from my motherboard to the front of my case. I believe they are as follows (not 100% sure): 1 for the power switch, 1 for the power light, and 1 for the hd light.

BTW, I have an emachines T2040.

Can I switch the LED HD light with the LED power light? I think it'd be a cool idea. Right now my pc's power button is circular with a circular light around it. This light is for the power. Below all this is another light for the HD.

Is it possible and safe to switch the LED HD and power lights??

The lights are just there to signal to you that the computer is working. hmm just dont switch the power switch lol. why dont you give it a try, i know it wont burn your system down, but if it doesnt boot you can just switch them around.
