Can you swap out one CPU you with another without having to reinstall windows??? I am almost positive that you can't do this but I am just making sure.

yea just unlock your old one off the mobo, position your new one on it, lock it down, apply thermal paste, replace the heatsink, and your good to go. shouldnt have to re-install windows at all.
