Default Super cheap pc

Hi,
I need to build a pc as cheap as possible - i dont need any peripherals, OS or monitor.
So far i've come up with :

LiteOn DH-20A4P-21C 20X DVD±RW/DL/RAM Black Bare Drive - OEM - Ebuyer

Kingston 1GB DDR2 Memory - Cheap at Ebuyer!

Western Digital WD800JB 80GB Hard Drive 7200RPM 8MB Cache - OEM - Ebuyer

Intel Celeron D 347 3.06GHz 533MHz 512KB L2 Cache OEM Processor - Ebuyer

Casecom KL-787 Silver/Black Mid Tower Case - With 350W PSU - Ebuyer

Is this all i need ( just had a long day at work and my mind has gone blank as towards computers)? Are these the best components for the money and can i get the same performance using anything cheaper?
Thanks

It has onboard video...unless he wants to get a separate card of course...also..what about a heatsink? OEM CPU's dont come with Heatsinks lol. You can get an Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 for around $30.

It really depends on what he wants to do with this computer... if its for gaming he is gonna want to get a gpu, if its for video editing, still probably...
