Default single button mouse

I need to get a single button mouse for my grandpa, because he has a hard time using the two button mouse. So, where can I buy a mouse that only has one button?

Whats the problem with the double button mouse? There are those older Mac mouses where the whole top is a button.

No, i need one that will work on windows. My grandpa has Parkinson's disease and has a hard time clicking on just the left button. So, I need a single button mouse for a windows computer or a way to make a dual button mouse be similar.

A mighty mouse is still two buttons, if I'm not mistaken. It just depends on which side of the mouse you push down on.

You could always desolder the right button of a normal mouse

USB is pretty universal. (hence the name universal serial bus)
