upgradequestions is on a distinguished road

Default reversed 24-pin ATX, 4-pin ATX, molex and sata

I am doing a mobile PC build in which I want to be able to use 2 PSUs, never at the same time, but one to power the computer from the car's DC system and the other to power the computer from the home AC system. What I need are power wire splitters for connecting to the motherboard and drives, but everything is in reverse of what I need.

1. Is it easy enough to just make these?

2. Should I just use a AC-DC power adapter instead? If so, are there just crimp connectors to connect the 3 wires to a DC connector? Could anyone help me find a connector that I can connect the 3 wires from the DC power supply to?

Thanks in advance.
