Default Recommend a video card for me please

my MB:

ASUSTeK Computer Inc.

I really wanna play the new tabatha rising and Quake wars, And hopefully warhammer online when it comes up. My 6800 GT won't cut it. Please recommend a card for 250-400 bucks. (with taxes). I use

www.canadacomputers,ca
TigerDirect.ca - Computer Parts, PC Components, Computers & Electronics

For alot of my shopping. If you can recommend one from there, that would be super

I really like the 8800 GT but it says Interface Type: PCI Express 2.0

Does my motherboard support that interface type? what do they mean by pci express 2.0.

By 2.0, they mean the bandwidth is doubled the amount.
PCI Express - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Anyways, the 8800GT would reverse compatible with the PCI-e 16x.

The 8800gt has just under the same performance of a 8800gtx but half the price...... Not sure about the US but you can only preorder in England atm.

Id def get the 512 version over 256, and the GT is just... man If I had the money I'd be getting one- and I don't even have a PCI express x16 slot!
