That is ok for general use. But I'm pretty sure you can build one for cheaper.

i think you can't say you can build a computer cheaper than a large company if you do not include an operating system
Price for budget comps obviously-> Dell/HP/blah blah blah (ill shoot myself if i have to type those names again)
Quality-> yourself as you can pick w/e you want

Quality-> yourself as you can pick w/e you want | well, the major corporations don't usually use a full version of an OS, they usually don't give you a CD either, just come pre-installed with tons of useless junk so they don't really pay for the OS either. (The advertisement fee for the junk pays for the OS)
