Default Rate this build, PC under $800

Hey everyone, I'm attempting to build a PC for my girlfriend for general use, and to play Everquest 2 and hopefully the Sims 3 and Spore (when they come out...). I really want to stay under $800 if it all possible, though the lower the better. I have a prospective build from newegg that I think looks pretty groovy, but I am wondering if there are any specific hardware conflicts (with mobo and ram for example) that might be ill advised. Any suggestions are certainly welcome.

HDD ->

GPU ->
Newegg.com - SAPPHIRE 100242-1GL Radeon HD 4850 1GB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards
MoBo ->
Newegg.com - BIOSTAR TForce TP43D2A7 LGA 775 Intel P43 ATX Intel Motherboard - Intel Motherboards
CPU ->
Newegg.com - Intel Core 2 Duo E7200 Wolfdale 2.53GHz 3MB L2 Cache LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Processor - Processors - Desktops
RAM ->
Newegg.com - OCZ Reaper HPC 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Desktop Memory
Optical ->

Case ->
Newegg.com - Rosewill R604-P BK 120mm Fan ATX Mid Tower Computer Case - Computer Cases

This is my prospective initial build, I would get a better cpu cooler but I don't plan to OC initially and I'm trying to keep costs down. In the future I may add more cooling and see where I can take this but it should be fine as is for our purposes.

Also, this is a dumb question...but are there any additional cables I would need to get this thing hooked up? My last build came with SATA cables and everything I needed, but sometimes specific parts aren't listed. Thanks in advance for all your help and feel free to criticize as harshly as you see fit.

Newegg.com - HIS Hightech H485F512P Radeon HD 4850 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards

Stick with that, the 1gb version is proven to be slower in games than the normal HD 4850 because of the 256bit incapable of addressing all 1GB.

Maybe a SATA Drive instead?

Swap out the video card you have for this one:

Newegg.com - SAPPHIRE 100243L Radeon HD 4870 512MB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards

if you are willing to spend $809 swap out the P43 you have and get this motherboard so you can crossfire later on if you want to:

Newegg.com - BIOSTAR TForce TP45HP LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX Intel Motherboard - Intel Motherboards

everquest2/sims3/spore aren't gonna need crossfire.. just stick with the 4850, good card but vern is right, the 1gb is generally slower in games. you could also bump out that ram and get something cheaper if you wanted. other then that i'd say you're good to go.
