Smile ram upgrade help.

Hello there, i am thinking of upgrading the ram on my laptop, however im not sure of the pins. (???) how do i find this out?

and..any suggestions on making the computer perform better.

We can't help you unless you tell the specs of your laptop. First download a program called CPU-Z. Then go to the Memory tab, and post the kind of RAM it is.
