Default Which RAM???

Ok, I have figured out that I need 2 gigs of RAM. Now I need to figure out which brand to go with. I have been looking at a couple of different ones.

Patriot Signature (model# PSD1G333H)

Crucial (model# CT12864Z335)

Both of these are PC-2700 333mhz 1gb sticks. I can get the Patriot for a bit less money though. What are your thoughts on these two? If you guys have any other suggestions, I am open. I am looking to buy some within the next week or two.

I can only seem to find the PQI in PC-3200. My mobo calls for a max of PC-2700. Can I still use the 3200?
