Default Raid 0 question

when you do raid 0 i know how it works but does the drive have to be exactly the same?

like i have one 80GB hdd, and im planning on getting a second 80GB hdd but they dont have the exact same one is that ok?

can i get this and raid this with the seagate barracuda hdd?

and do you guys think raid 0 is worth it? will i see speed increase. as reading and saving data onto the hdd will be quicker?

As long as the drives are the same size then it'll work fine. However I doubt you'll see a big noticable increase in speed.
