Default Quick Question regarding PSU

Just want a yes or no and why answer:
will this psu :
550w psu work with an amd proccesser, i ask this becasue on the case it says pentium 4,would this affect it in any way? cheers

Thats gotta be the cheapest PSU Ive ever seen.

Are you really going to trust a 550watt PSU for 11 Vat? I Sure Hope Not.

It will work but I would not put that in a machine. (too cheap - could wreck your system)

I not sure what they go by in the UK but FSP Fortron/Sparkle is good.

oh really cause i my third computer in my sig is using a 400 watt power supply and it works great.

I need to upgrade to a 550 watt sli cause i am thinking of getting another evga geforce 7600gt.

Don't Hijack threads.

Noone ever said that any random 400 Watt PSU wouldn't work. The question here is quality. If you want a Ticking time bomb as the heart of your computer, than go right ahead. (Refering to really cheap and Generic power supplies)
