Default Quick question about dell inspiron 531 PSU

CMPSU-550VXUK - Corsair VX 550W Power Supply (CMPSU-550VXUK)

will that work with a dell inspiron 531 AMD 5600+?

(need it for a graphics card, 8800gt from nvidia)

i've been told that my Dell uses a standard ATX PSU so that one should fit.

thanks alot in advance

Yep, it should work just fine. Newer Dells use off-the-shelf parts now.
