Default Quick PSU question...

Will this...
Corsair 400w

Be enough to power a 4830, 320Gb Western Digital, A Biostar T-Force P45 Mobo, and an E5200?

I downgraded this from the 450w Corsair, which you all said was fine, so I was just wondering if this one would work since the 450w spiked slightly in price.

Thanks, let me know if you need more info.
