Since it's DDR it can do 2 things at once. Hence the name Double Data Rate. So DDR333 (PC2700) = 166 * 2.
I believe the same goes with the FSB. AMD does 2 processes at once, so a 333mhz FSB = 166 * 2. Intel does something similar only 4 processes at once. 800mhz FSB = 200 * 4.
