Default question about my new video card...? & psu extras

I see in the little box window, that theres a sticker. Do I just leave that on the actual card? I though these get hot. It says in qoute, "Warranty Void If Removed." Just making sure if I leave it on.

For the psu, it says for protection. Short circuit protection, in-rush current protection, and thermal overload protection. Now even though this is a 2 year old psu model, will those 3 things protect it from power surges, it crapping out of the blue etc.?

Thanks.

The sticker should stay on the video card.

Thanks, thought it was a little weird/funny at first, cause I know they do get hot.
