Default PSU Upgrade!ZOMFG

Well, the family computer we have at the moment is dying, and my dad is convinced that it's "only the power supply", so just to make him happy, I'll buy him a new one

Why I'm posting here is because I have no idea about power supplies.
at all.

RAM: 2gb DDR
CPU: P4 2.8Ghz
MOBO:Intel D865PERL
HDD1: SAMSUNG SP0812C [80GB]
HDD2: Western Digital WD800 [80GB]
GPU: nVidia GeForce FX 5600XT
Optical:SONY DW-U14A

Does anyone have any suggestions for what PSU I should get for it? :|
I'd really appreciate the help.

;Oh and installing it...

Is that pretty straight-forward?

I've done it before, but that was 3 years ago :|

Thanks,
Jordan

If you've done it before, nothing have changed. Just plug it in.

Woah.
My dad just said to me, "Get a new computer.".

So, again, with the power supply

What would suit this?

CPU: Intel Q6700
GPU: nVidia 9800GTX
Motherboard: Gigabyte Motherboards
RAM: two of these 2 X Matched 1Gb DDR2 Corsair Dual Channel Kits
CD/DVD: Pioneer DVR-215 Black SATA DVD
HDD: 500Gb Western Digital 7200RPM SATA2 16MB

Or if you see anything wrong with the parts =/

It would be nice to help =D

Thanks,
Jordan.
