I have a dell E1505 and I want to upgrade it. I've taken everything apart and i want to get a new processor. My motherboard it an MD666. I "think" its a socket M, not sure but even if it is I want the new best of the best (QX9300!!!) haha.. idk if there's anything newer coming out that info would be awesome to know as well.

Also, I was wondering if I could get 4 or 8GB of RAM. I couldn't find specs anywhere. (Of course, I'm having a horrible day with researching as is, but yea... I couldn't find anything.)

Try using the memory wizard at crucial.com, it should give you all the info you need to start shopping for memory.
