Is this processor compatible with this Mobo?
DFI LANPARTY UT nF4 Ultra-D Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 Ultra ATX AMD Motherboard
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813136152
AMD Athlon 64 X2 4400+ Toledo 1GHz FSB 2 x 1MB L2 Cache Socket 939 Dual Core Processor
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103546
They use the same socket, but are they really compatible? Under the Supported CPU section on the motherboard specs it says: "CPU Type: Athlon 64 FX/Athlon 64/Sempron." Does that mean it doesn't work with the X2's?

I've never updated bios before. How do I go about doing that if the processor doesn't currently work with the motherboard? How do I do that at all?
