Default Power Supply help

alright, so I've recently ordered a system online:
p4 2.6ghz 1mbL2
2x 512mb corsair's ddr sdram ddr400 pc 3200's
ASUS P4P800SE Socket 478 Intel 865PE ATX Intel Motherboard
HITACHI Deskstar 7K80 HDS728080PLA380 -0A30356 80GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - OEM
Radeon 9800PRO 128mb
TOSHIBA Beige 52X CD-R 32X CD-RW 52X CD-ROM 2M Cache IDE

and I was wondering if this power supply would cut it, heres the link: http://www.newegg.com/product/produc...82E16817152019

I've heard alotta people tell me about how their computer would fry because of a power supply that's not good enough. I need suggestions to see if this psu would have enough to supply it with enough juice and if it will or will not destroy it..thanks in advance

I was thinking maybe this'll work for my build: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817153023

I would go higher than 400 watts. It will cut it though.

Go with the thermaltake in the second link. You will be better off with it.
