i am having a slight problem i cant get out of power saving mode on this pc i am building i have cleared the jumpers and everything.the make of the mobo is a asusa a8n-e. how can i get out of power saving mode

do you mean once it goes into a standby mode you can't "wake" the pc? look around at the power management in BIOS and check options for which devices/keys will turn the pc on. make sure APM is enabled in windows through control panel>power options>advanced. also check the properties for your mouse or keyboard in device manager to check that they are able to bring the pc out of standby. often only a ps2 keyboard or mouse will work for some odd reason

i cant get into the bios thats the thing bc this is the reason i cant get into it

sure it is in power saving mode and not just stuffed? that really does not sound right at all. try unplugging the power and removing the CMOS battery for a while
