Default "The Plan" -I hate dell

Ok, so I planned on getting a 6600gt graphics card. but my power supply isnt big enough to support it. And i cant get a new power supply from new egg or wut not becasue its freaking dell, and they wont fit.
so heres my crappy plan, and please tell me how this would work: I buy a 50$ tower, buy a 450watt psu with 20 pins, and tranfer my dell into the tower? Yes i know its crazy, and i know its crappy, but humor me. would this work? if so, wut do i need?

Specs----- Dell 4550 (512 ram, 6600gt greaphics card, penitum 4 2.66gigmhz, 80gig hardrive)

Only $100? What are you smoking? If that wasn't customized for Dell it would be an overpriced POS.

No, it's not overpriced, it's not a POS

PCP&C Power supplys are THE BEST money can buy.
