Default PCI Card.

Can a PC with a 230w PSU (Dell) handle a 5200FX PCI card? Ive got a Pentium4 2.8ghz, 80GB IDE Drive, DVD Drive IDE and 512mb DDR1 Ram.

Everyone on the Dell forums seem to think that Dell PSU's are under rated (wattage), so dunno if that plays a part or not. I just wanna know if it can handle it well. Not just, or maybe, but without issues. Thanx anyway.
