OK, just to straiten this out, no newegg links or ANY online retailer for that matter.

Should i double my ram then wait & get an agp 6600gt or get the 6600gt then ram?

Get the 6600GT first. Then get the RAM. The video card makes the most difference in performance in these days. If you are playing BF2 though, you will want to get that extra RAM soon after the video card.

i was thinking that myself, i can get the ram anytime but just after xmas i got some cash & my vid card is not that great, BTW i cant OC either so if you answer that i will ignore you

Go for the card fist, then the RAM, like Hogg said.

The graphics card will be the bggest investment, so it's best to get it while you have the cash on hand, as the money has a way of evaporating...
