Default pc pass help

my friend was messing with my computer and he changed the password by accident and now he doesnt know what it is. the computer is logged off and on windows xp mode with just 1 acount. can som1 help me get my pass please

Ophcrack, i heard this is a good software to use, its automatic, user friendly, and fast. Do some research first and download it, it takes a while because the servers are slow. Here is the link for direct download, it is an iso file and requires an iso burner. After you burn it, boot off CD like you work on an XP cd.

thanks for the help but he tried to fix it the next day and screwed everything up I cant even get to the log on screen...

I get this sign
Windows could not start because of an error in the software
Please report this problem as:load needed DLLs for kernel
Please contact your support person to report this problem.

reformat means to wipe the hard drive clean and reinstall windows, any previous windows, settings, passwords, data, music, pics, etc....GONE...
