Default Orange light on motherboard?

All right, I tried to boot up my roomie's PC to install windows, everything has been installed properly and we've attempted to install windows before

but this time, there is no video on the monitor, so i resat the video card, same problem. the motherboard has an orange light on this

i'm used to seeing green, so i believe there is a problem

help!

could you list the motherboard!!! for instance on a lanparty there are 2 orange leds on the board: one to indicate the ram is powered (i think) the other to indicate the board is powered.
