Default Which one, HDD, RAM, Misc., Games?

I have 100$ to spend (+ or -)
I could get a 250Gig Seagate 8mb cache 7200RPM

or

1Gb fairly good Ram

or

misc - such as new keyboard/mouse/fans
I would probably get a saitek/logitech m15 keyboard, mx518/g5 mouse, 120mm fan

or

games like BF2, RCT3, C&C Decade

I could probably combine some games with misc. and stuff.

Right now I have:

80Gig 2mb cache Hdd

1Gig Ram

Logitech Mx310, Sunbeamtech illuminated keyboard, 2x 80mm fans

hl2, cs:source, Far Cry

Which would you get and why?

@MB cache on your HD? Ouch!

You're set fairly good with RAM, and your keyboard/mouse and fans sound fine. Games are totally up to you, but I'd get the hard drive.

If you shop around, you can get a good deal on one, and still get a game in the bargain.

Yeah, that's what I was planning on. The harddrive I'm using right now is the one that came with my hp, and I will of course upgrade, I just don't know which one(s) are the most needed right now.

and lol@fr34ky? How is this thread at all striving for attention? I am simply asking where my money should go..
